My name is Debra McCallion and I am an experienced and skilled Trainer and Life Coach.

I work in a one to one capacity or with groups of people to primarily improve their emotional resilience using psychological strategies and cognitive techniques. My clients find I have an inspired, insightful, sensitive, professional, sometimes humorous approach to the work.
My strengths lie in getting under the surface of what is going on then together we agree to the best next steps. Through deeply valuing the client and being fully invested in their well being I find everyone can shift their perspective and employ helpful strategies to approach their lives and challenges in a healthier and more positive way.
Life Coaching draws on popular self-development knowledge and understanding, the use of Life Coaching skills, ideas found in Cognitive Behavioural thinking and also those found in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
